A case study on the Upraised - the only full-stack candidate-oriented job platform.

Problem Statement: 

 

To launch a B2B Preppa (Interview-as-a-service) offering for companies.

Preppa is a platform where PMs can get connected with Expert PMs, SPMs from companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Google to practice for their upcoming interview.

Features involved:

 

  • Companies can use the expert interviewer network on Preppa and get detailed written feedback on candidates' skills along with interview recordings​

  • With this platform, companies can save a lot of resources like time and bandwidth spent in scheduling, interviewing, etc.

 

Being Product Manager, I was also responsible for launching this offering.
 

  • Solved for how to imagine this offering, segment different target customers for the offering, their needs and their pain points.

  • Prioritized a target group for running a pilot & made an exhaustive list of features for the prioritized target groups.

  • Built wireframes, user journey, and  implemented the same with the help of their strategy and tech team.
